Objects: To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Heaton Chapel,by Providing Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare And For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants
