**Objects:** THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE UNITED CHARITIES SHALL BE APPLIED FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF THE POOR OF THE PARISH OF PENALT GENERALLY, OR OF SUCH DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT THERIN AS THE TRUSTEES SELECT FOR THIS PURPOSE

**Activities:** For 150 years the charity has made payments at Christmastide to the poor and aged parishioners of Penallt not in receipt of parochial relief . We maintain this village tradition. As the actual amounts they receive are so small and have probably not kept pace with inflation, that they have been thought of, and remembered, we hope possibly still counts just as much to the recipients !
