TheLight Festival,heldfor the firsttimein
3years, was a sell-outevent anda
massive success atkicking off fundraising

together for thefirst-time postCovid
school-closures andrestrictions.
The ChristmasFairwassomewhat
curtailed due to anincreasein Covid
infections, and severalclasses were unable
to attend the event.Along with other
Christmas events,i.e.thesale of Christmas
cardsandtrees,atotaloff10kwas raised
during the WinterTerm.
SpringTerm:
Unfortunately,theplanned fundraising
events fortheSpringTerm were also
significantly affectedbya Covid outbreak'
TheDiscowaspostponed totheSummer
Term and although the Quizl.'lighiwent
ahead, attendance droppedoff significantly.
TheReadathon, anew event introduced
overthehalftermProvedtobea
tremendous successandhelPedto
contributetothef2.Bkraisedinthis term.
Summer Term:
The Summer Term benefitedfromafull
calendar of eventsand thankfully very little
disruption from Covid.The postponed
Disco was combinedwiththePlatinum
Jubilee celebrationsandwasanother
successful event. The ever-popular
SummerFairalso did not disappoint,and
we ended the year with a Family picnicon
thesportsfield.Lastly, another new event
wasintroduced this term-theplant sale

BoththeChristmas and SummerFairs
benefitted greatly from raffles and silent
auctions consisting of prizes generously
donated by local businesses. Both events
wereopen to families who attend the
schoolandthe localcommunity.
Ontopofthe main events listedabove,
during the year we held several smaller
events which helped raise overf3kintotal.
These eventsincluded:
