**Objects:** PROVIDING A TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIP TO A STUDENT OF PAINTING IN THE SCHOOL OF FINE ART AT LEEDS POLYTECHNIC, WITH ANY BALANCE REMAINING AT THE END OF THE TRUST PERIOD TO BE DONATED TO THE SAID SCHOOL

**Activities:** The charity has made an annual award of a travel prize to students studying art at Leeds Metropolitan University for 21 years. The award has been competitive and one, two or three prizes may have been given.  As required by our Deed of Trust after the last awards made in 2013 the remaining assets of the charity were donated to Leeds Metropolitan University.
