To advance the rnental. physical and welfare of the children in our care, promoting their
personal development. We are fully inclusive anrj welcome all children 2 years to 5 years into
our setting.

We areworking hard to implement all areas ofthe EYFS.
All Staff have completed the 12-hour pediatrio first aid course in line with their CPD. The six-year
safeguarding pathway is being followed.
We tailor our planning to meet the needs of the children in the setting daily, regardless of. Faith.
or personal background. We (Jevelop positive relationships with our parents and carers. We
value all children as individuals and celebrate Britain, diversity. We monitor our children to make
suretheyare happy 8nd healthy 8nd movingforward.
Vve have policies in pace tor all aspects of safeguarding. child protection and health and safety.
We use staff training messages to ensure all staff are fluent in these.

Achievements and Performance
As our ohildren are predominantly funded by LCC, the monies going into the 8ccount is stable.
We monitor rnonthly expenditure and cash flow. All our practitioners continue to complete
training.
We continue to complete audits 8nd Teview policies annually in line with recommendations of
the DLA.
The school has 8iven us permission to use their Forest School on a Monday morning, so we can
give the childr8n outdoor activities that they wouldn't get at home.
We have purchased outdoor w£terproDf clothing and wellies forthem to use. They particularly
enjoy seeing the chickens rabbits 8nd guinea pigs. So tD see them explore these resources has
improvèd their 8ttention ond engagement.
We have purchased new books and shower curtain b8ckdrops to eFTrhance our dinosaur land
and sensory areas to help support imaginative play.
Flnancial Review
Cash at bank at 3110812023 was £13,343 and all of these finds were unrestricted.
The rnain financial risk to the charity is loss of funding from the local council.
These tunds 8re held to cover 13 months of operational costs in the even of a 108$ of income
and to meet any unforeseen expenditure that may occur.
