**Objects:** TO ALLEVIATE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE CARING OR WHO HAVE CARED FOR ELDERLEY SICK DISABLED HANDICAPPED OR OTHERWISE INFIRM PERSONS AT HOME AND WHO ARE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO PROMOTE THE MATERIAL WELFARE OF SUCH CARERS AS AFORSAID TO RELIEVE AND ALLEVIATE AND TO ADVANCE PROMOTE ENCOURAGE AND ASSIST IN THE RELIEF OR ALLIEVIAION OF ALL KINDS OF MENTAL AND PHYSICAL INFIRMITY SICKNESS DISABLEMENT OR HANDICAP INCLUDING MENTAL ILLNESS ATTRIBUTABLE TO CARING AMONG CARERS AND THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THEY ARE CARING TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION CONCERNING CARING AMONG CARERS AND THE PUBLIC.

**Activities:** We aim to improve the lives of carers by providing information, advice, advocacy and signposting. Registered carers can participate in carers groups around our area, attend trips and training, gain help in completing benefit applications, be provided with small funding allocations to have respite breaks and services and we offer a volunteer befriending service as required.
