Objects: To Relieve The Need Of Those Persons Affected By The Use Or Abuse Of Drugs, Solvents Or Pharmacological Or Other Substances, In The Interest Of Promoting Their Good Health, Both Mental And Physical, By The Provision To Such Persons Of Counselling, Information And Support, And By The Provision Of Information And Training To Members Of Such Professions And Organisations As Are Also Concerned With The Relief Of Those Needs
