Padley Group, a registered charity, empowers people affected by homelessness to improve their lives through the Padley Day Centre, providing a range of services, facilities, training and volunteering opportunities, and dispersed supported housing.
Objects: For The Public Benefit, The Prevention Or Relief Of Poverty And Deprivation For All Within The Community Of Derby And Derbyshire Through The Following;(i) To Support Those In Residential Accommodation, Including Social Housing, For People Of All Ages, Who Are In Need, Hardship Or Distress By Reason Of Their Social, Physical, Emotional, Spiritual Or Economic Circumstances; (Ii) To Help Such Persons In Such Circumstances To Regain A Sense Of Personal Worth Through The Provision Of Support, Training And Encouragement; (Iii) To Provide Opportunities For Care To Be Expressed To Those Who Often Experience Rejection; (Iv) To Meet Basic Needs Of Such Persons In Poverty In Order To Enhance The Quality Of Their Lives; (V) To Provide The Opportunity For Such Persons To Share In A Caring Community In Order To Help Break Down Feelings Of Isolation; And(vi) To Provide Support To Children And Young People Through Relief Programmes In Early Years, School, College, And Community Settings.
