Objects: A) The Organisation Or Provision Or Assistance In The Organisation Or Provision Of The Facilities Which Will Enable And Encourage Pupilsand Students At Schools And Universities And Other Places Of Higher Education In Any Part Of The United Kingdom Or Any Part Of The World To Play Rugby Union Football Or Other Games Or Sports So As To Assist In Ensuring That Due Care And Attention Is Given To The Physical Education And Development Of Such Pupils And Students As Well As The Development And Occupation Of Their Minds B) The Organisation Or Provision Or Assistance In The Organisation Or Provision In Any Part Of The United Kingdom Or Any Part Of The World Of Facilities For Physical Recreation Inthe Interests Of Social Welfare And With A Vew To Improving The Conditions Of Life For Persons Who Are Under The Age Of Twenty One Years And Who By Reason Oftheir Youth Or Scial And Economic Circumstances Have Need Of Such Facilities.
