## **Our Structure**

We hold an AGM yearly, usually in late September or early October which is open to the whole school community to attend. Anyone interested in holding a position on our Committee can volunteer to do so.

Decisions are made by the Committee. If we need to poll wider opinion, we tend to ask a larger pool of volunteers of which there are around 100 people.

## **FONHS Objectives & Activities**

To raise money which can be used to purchase extra equipment & resources that will enhance the education of around 430 pupils aged 4-11 years old at Nicholas Hawksmoor Primary School.

Our activities are events that are held at the school, the majority of which are open to all pupils. The activities range from children raising sponsorship money, events such as hand uniform sales & Gift Sales. discos & film nights, 2[nd]

## **Achievements & Performance**

FONHS is hugely successful in bringing the school members together to have fun, enjoy activities & raise money. If parents wish their child to take part in a FONHS event but cannot afford to make payment, the child is included in the events at no cost so we are fully inclusive.

We welcome help at events from all adult family members & tend to have grandparents in our regular pool of volunteers.

## **Debts & Reserves Policy**

FONHS have no debts.

We tend to keep between £3000 & £5000 in our bank account so that we can pay invoices from suppliers for our larger events promptly.
