The Charity organises various fundraising activities for the whole school
community to enjoy, extending to the parents, family and friends of the
pupils. The funds are utilised by the school and PTA for the benefit of the
children, in all aspects of their education and enrichment of their school
lives. The Charity helps organise and fund religious, sporting and social
events for all Children at the school to participate in.
The trustees confirm that in deciding what activities the Charity should
undertake and assist with funding, they have complied with the duty in
Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have due regard to public benefit
guidance as published by the Charity Commission.

Achievements and performance
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
The Charity continued with another successful year, more so than the
last, particularly thanks to some unexpected sizeable donations as well
as income from activities increasing. However, with costs increasing in
general, the Charity found that costs of events and fundraising also
increased, which meant that the year was not as successful as it could
have been.
Total receipts for the year were just over £99,000, again, Grandparents
and Special Friends Day and the Annual Summer Fair being the primary
earners, although costs for these two events were higher than previous
years and so the impact of their success was hit. Other general
fundraising - from sale of second-hand uniform, sale of challah, the
supper quiz and voluntary donations saw an uptick in amounts.
Total payments came in substantially higher this year at around £61,000,
largely due to an increase in costs in general for events and for items
being sold to make a small profit. However, the biggest increase was in
donations and contributions to the school for items to enrich the
education of the pupils at the school, which increased by around
£12,000. We also found that some of the items that we might have
received as donations towards the summer fair andlor other events had
to be paid for this year but can be attributed to companies reducing their
Gharitable spend.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 08 / 2024** .
- **Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
