The Charity organises various fundraising
activities for the whole school community to
enjoy. The funds are utili5ed by the school for
Ihe benefit of the children. The Charity has also
helped to OfBani5e and fund religious and
sporting events for all the chiklren at the school
to participate in.
The trustees confirm that in deciding what
activities the Charity should undertake. they
have complied with the duty in Section 4 of the
Charities Act 2(X)6 to have due regard to public
benefit guidance as published by the Charity
Commission.

The PTA continued its success this year with
the ability to conlinue to hold its key events
such as the summer fair and also
Grandparents Day. R￿IptS are lower this
year. but largely expected due to the cost of
living and increases in other "essential-
areas. meaning less disposable income for
chantable purposes.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 / 08 / 2023** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **basis of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

**Independent** I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have **examiner's statement** come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: 

- accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or 

- the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
