**Objects:** TO RELIEVE IN CASES OF NEED PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF FISHGUARD AND GOODWICK WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED OR INFIRM BY PROVIDING ON LOAN, MEDICAL OR ORTHOPAEDIC AIDS WHICH ARE CALCULATED TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING OF SUCH PERSONS BUT ARE NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO THEM FROOM OTHER SERVICES.

**Activities:** Relieve, in cases of need, persons registered at the Fishguard Health Centre who are:-SickConvalescent,Disabled  Handicapped, Infirm.Provide on loan:- Medical or Orthopaedic aids which are calculated to alleviate the suffering of such persons, but not readily available from other services.
