work hard every day to find ways to fundraise, raise awareness. and encourage the local and national
communlty to get involved. We ore a charity worklng to improve the life chances of vulneiable people at
risk, and Indlvlduals suffering disadvanta8es due to thelr socio economic factor5 including mentsl health

South Asian, Eastern European, and Middle Eastern backgrounds. Including Roma Gypsy* Albanian, Czech.

Law applicable to charities in England & Wale5 requires the Trustees to prepare flnancial statements for each
flnanclal year which give a true and fair view of the charty's financial artivities during the year and of it5 financial
position at the end of the year. In preparing those financial statements glving a true and fair view the Trustees
should follow best practice and:

As the Charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparatlon of the Accounts in accordance wlth the
requirements of the Charltles Att 20111'lhe Act.). I report in respert of rny examinatlon of the Trust's
accounts carried out under Section 145 of the 2011 Art and in carrying out my examlnatlon I have
followed all the applicable directions glven by the Charlty Commi55ion under Sectlon 14515llbl of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no rnaterial matters have come to my attention In
connection wlth the examination 8lvin8 me cause to believe that In any material re5pert:
