Audltorfs rèsponslbllltlès for thè audlt of th• flnanelal stat•mtnts
We have been appointed as auditor under section 144 01 the Chanties Act 2011 and report in accordance with the
Act and ￿levant regulats'ons made or having effect thereunder.
Our objedNes are lo obtsin reasonable assuran¢& aboul whether the finan¢ial statements as a Who￿ a￿ free from

Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but Is not a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance
wbth ISAS IUKI will always delect a material misslalement when il exists. Misstatements can arise from fraud or
error and are considered material il. Individual￿ or in the aggregate. they could reasonabty be expected to influence
the economic decisions of users taken on the basis of these financial slalements.
Irregularities, including fraud, are instsn¢e8 of non40mplian¢e wilh laws and regulations. We design pro¢&dure8 in

fraud. Th¥ ¥xtent to which our pro¢¥dure$ are ¢apable of d¢t¢¢ting irrggulanties, in¢luding fraud, is detailed below.
1. At the planning stage of Ihe audA we gain an understanding of the laws and regulations which app￿ to the

2. During the 8udil we focus on relevant risk 8reas and review the compliance wlh the 18WS and r&guk4lions
by making relevant enquiries and undtrrtaking cornoboralion. lor example by ￿VI*Wing Trustee Board
Minutes and other documentation.
3. We assess the risk of material misslalement in the finanual statements induding as a result of fraud and

b. Making enquiries of management a5 to vthether they consider fraud or other irregulanty may have

¢. Challenging managÈrnent assumptions with regaid to accounting estitnates,. and
d. Identrfying and tesbng joumal enln"es. part￿ulaty those which appear to be unusual by size or

Because ol the inherenl limitations of an audit, there is a risk that we will nol detect all irregularrties, including those
leading to a malerial misstalement in the finanoal statements or non-compliance with ￿gUlatIOn. Thi5 risk increases
the more that cornpliance with a law or regulalion is removed from the event5 and transaction5 reflected in the
rinancial statements, as we will be less likety to becorne aware of instances of no[￿cOMplianCe. The risk is also
greater regarding irregulairties occurrin9 due to fraud ialher than etroi, as fraud invofves intention81 concealment,
