**Activities:** To promote the education of young persons residing within the administrative counties of Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan with a special interest and ability in ballet, by the provision of scholarships to attend the Northern Ballet School for the best boy and the best girl selected in any one year by the school to be capable of benefiting from such education.
