**Objects:** TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS AND IN PARTICULAR YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT

**Activities:** Provision of Youth Club, Out of School's and Holiday Clubs for young people. This includes educational recreation and leisure activities.  All our activities are aimed to meet the five strands of 'Every Child Matters'. For children aged 6-19 years old. We are as from April 2009 ofsted registered for our work with over 8's no VC359274
