Management of 150 person hall and 40 person meeting room to provide facilities for social groups in the area of benefit. Also to arrange social activities and events for members and persons living in the area of benefit. Activities available include art, dance and social events.

This Shall Be Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions, By Associating Together The Said Inhabitants And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants. (B)to Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of, A Community Hall And To Maintain And Manage The Same.
