responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006

Having satisfied myself that the accounts of the Company are not required lo be audrted under Part 16 of the 20C6

Stwks and work In progress are valued al the lowef of cost and nel realisable value aftef making due
allowance for obsolete and slow-moving stocks.
Cost is determined using tho firsl-in. firsl-out method. Cost includes all direct costs and an appropriate
proportion of fixed and Variab￿ overheads.
Work in progre¥s is refleded in the a￿ount9 on a contract by contrad basis by recording lumovef and
related costs as contract activity progresses.
Al the end of each reporting period stocks are assessed for impairment. If an Item of $lo¢k Is impaired. the
