Objects: 1) The Objects Of The Charity Are:(a) The Relief Of People In Need By Reason Of Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardshipor Other Disadvantage By The Provision Of The Provision Of Temporary Or Permanenthousing Accommodation In The Area Of Benefit(b) The Promotion Of Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit As The Trustee Decides,including But Not Limited To The Relief Of Sickness And The Promotion Of Health, Therelief Of Financial Hardship And The Relief Of People In Need By Reason Of Age Ordisability In The Area Of Benefit.(2) Subject To The Provisions Of Clause 5 Of The Governing Document (Powers To Disposeof And Replace Purpose Property) The Properties Identified In Column One Of Parts One,two And Three Of The Schedule To This Scheme Must Be Retained By The Trustee For Usefor The Objects Of The Charity.(3) In Making Appointments Under Clause 23 Of The Governing Document, The Trusteemust Give Preference, In Relation To The Properties Listed In Column One Of Parts One,two And Three Of The Schedule To This Scheme, To The Beneficiaries Described In Therespective Part Of Column Two Of The Schedule To This Scheme.
