To apply the trust fund to further the education (including social and physical training) of the children attending Highams Park School Handswoth Avenue, Highams Park E4 9PJ

Objects: (I) To Further The Education (Including Social And Physical Training) Of The Children Attending Highams Park School; (2)To Develop And Maintain The Fabric And Amenities Of The School; (Iii) During Such Time As The School May Be A Voluntary School Within The Meaning Of The Education Acts To Hold The School Site Or Any Part Thereof On Trust For The School To Appoint Foundation Governors To The Governing Body Of The School (A Maximum Of One Such Foundation Governor Being A Trustee Of The Trust) To Assist The Governing Body In Meeting Any Of Its Legal Obligations To Contribute To The Maintenance Of The School And To Support The School Generally As A Non-Selective Comprehensive Maintained School Serving The Local Community; (Iv) To Apply Such Sum Or Sums In Whatever Other Charitable Ways That The Trustees Consider Promote The Wellbeing Of The School And The Education And Welfare Of The Pupils And Staff At The School Provided That No Part Of The Trust Fund Shall Be Paid Applied Or Used For Any Purpose Which Is Not For The Time Being Legally Charitable.
