Activities

The Weald Society arranges holidays for people with disablilities in it's own chalet at Greatstone. Fees for the use of the chalet are required but can be reduced by applying for a bursery. Forms are available by post. Money for the burseries is provided from the profits of the charity shop which operates in Hawkhurst. If funds allow the charity also offers grants for disability aids.

Objects: A) The Relief Of Disabled Persons Residing In The Weald Of Kent And Sussex B) The Provision Or Assistance In The Provision In The Interests Of Social Welfare Of Facilities For Recration And Leisure-Time Occupation For Persons Residing In The Weald Of Kent Or Sussex Who By Reason Of Their Disability Have Need Of Such Facilities
