They consist of a Royal Charter, which in turn gives (eg. trust deed, constitution) authority to the Bye Laws of the Association and The Policy, Organisation and Rules of The Scout Association. The 1[st] Holsworthy Scout Group is a trust established under its rules which How the charity is constituted are common to all Scouts. March **2012** **TAR** 3 ## Section D Achievements and performance A a number of camps, sleepovers and trips have been organised **Summary of the main** throughout the year. **achievements of the charity during the year** 1[st] Holsworthy Scouts took part in many community events during the year including the Fair Week Furry Dance, Remembrance Parade and the town Carol Service. In addition the group attended the Mid Devon Scout St George’s parade in Okehampton. Members across all sections have worked hard at attaining their Scouting badges across a wide variety of activities and achievements.
