**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE DISTRICTS OF WELLINGBOROUGH AND RUSHDEN AND IN THE SURROUNDING AREA, WITH PARTICULAR REFERENCE TO PERSONS IN THAT COMMUNITY WHO ARE MENTALLY HANDICAPPED AND WHO ARE CLIENTS OF THE WELLINGBOROUGH ADULT TRAINING CENTRE, AND FOR PERSONS AND PURPOSES CONNECTED THEREWITH; WITH A VIEW TO PROMOTING THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE FURTHERANCE OF HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, DISTRESS AND SICKNESS OF OR CONNECTED WITH OR RELATED TO SUCH PERSONS.

**Activities:** To promote any charitable purpose for the benefit of the community in the districts of Wellingborough and Rushden and the surrounding area, with particular reference to persons in that community who are adults with learning difficulties. Such activities are with a view to promoting the advancement of education and training in life skills.
