**Objects:** I) TO PROVIDE IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS OF PENSIONABLE AGE RESIDENT IN THE LONDON OF WALTHAM FOREST, AND HARROW GREEN AND CANN HALL WARDS IN PARTICULAR,WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE INTENDED. II) TO PROMOTE, DEVELOP AND PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR THE DAILY CARE RECREATION AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER FIVE RESIDENT IN THE SAID AREA.

**Activities:** To provide a safe enviroment for elderly, and disabled people to come together and socialise,  play games, participate in discussions,  arm chair exercise and share experiences. They are provided with a hot nutritious meal at the centre.The users also enjoy participating in summer BBQ, and trips, including to the seaside and theatre, as well as celebrating events such as Black History Month
