reduction in hours cdleagu98 Worked. In order to save costs to enable the organisation to support tha
pDwlation$ of Bradftjrd and Leeds wth relatK￿8hlP servlcw.
Fundlng w8s sought from new incomo Streams, to enabk 8UPPOrt to contlnue, alb8Ft at a lower level,
for example, a gr8nt from the Sir George Martin Trust helpgd support families in Leeds. repladng lost
fvnding in that area. Servlces diversified frorn foryner individual or family therapy sessions to workshops to
help more peWe, such as Plnk Rlbbon to Support women with a broast cancer diagnosis through gTOUP
se$slons.
Further cost savings were madè by moving to smaller premises In Odober 2024, which bètter suitgd the
reduced workforce and the do16v8ry of $or¥¢c8$. However, with the demlse of Relate National and
subsequent take over by Famity A¢llon, whl¢h resultèd in incTeased Federation fee charges, the dedsion
was mad9 to find a new pather to support the organisation. TLC: Talk, Listen. Changg, a Manchester
bas8d tharity, a ft)Tmer Relate federated centre was chosen and Lot's Talk Rolats'onships join8d the group

tharity with the Charity Commission on 20 August 1992. The Company was e8tabli8h8d under
Memorandum of Associauon which establlshed the objects and powers of the charitable company and is
govemed under its Articles of Assoclatlon. The liability of the members in the event of the Centre being

The charltable company passed a special resolutlon on 16 May 2025 changlng tt8 name from Relate
Bradford & Leeds Lld to Let's Talk Relationships Ltd lo better refflect our mlsslon and the work we do to
support healthier. stronger relationshlp8 and wellbelng in our communities. These changes follow the
bLryOUt of the Relale Fod8ration by Famlly Actlon.
Recrnltment and appolntm•nl of now Trustses
The directors of the company aro also charity trustees for the purpose of ¢harity law and under the
company's Mdes are known as Membgrs of the Exeujtive. One third {or Ihe number nearest one thlrd)
of the Executive musl ￿tire eath year or at each AGM, those longest in office rdiring first and the choice
tsv&9n any of equal seNlce being made by drawing lots. A retiring momb&r of the Executive who is

The Ex￿tiVe sèeks to maintaln a broad mix of relevant skills amongst its members. In the evenl of

the Executivo.

Gomrnvnily continue under the TLC group.
FollowirvJ the transfer of busine55 to TLC, the charity will be wound up on a solvent basis.
The current period has been prepared on a going concem basis, with the assèts and busin8s$ lo bè
transferred lo TLC as a going concern.

The charity is expected to be wound up Sn the nearfulure.
