The charity operates as a pre-school centre providing learning through play for any child under 5 years old. The preschool is registered with the local LEA and receives funding for applicable children.

Section D Achievements and performance
Successfully continued to maintain number of students attending. Summary of the main Financially stable with additional support from fundraising ventures. achievements of the charity Maintained committed staff with excellent moral. Integrated children from during the year all backgrounds and cultures. The staff have continued to provide well structured, fun learning objectives to give the children the solid footing required for the best possible start to their education.

The preschool has in reserve 3 months’ staff salaries plus enough to cover any insurance excess required in the event of a claim.

Principal source of income is LEA funding, followed by fees and a small amount of additional fundraising.
Other than staff wages and day to day running costs. The preschool establishment has been able to expand their outside activities including outdoor play and sensory equipment to enrich and broaden the learning spectrum.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2022.
- Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
