**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE FRIENDS SHALL BE TO ASSIST PATIENTS OF THE HOSPITAL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED OR INFIRM.  TO SUPPORT THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE SAID HOSPITAL.

**Activities:** The Object of the Friends shall be to assist patients of the Hospital who are sick, convalescent, disabled, handicapped or infirm.To support the charitable work of the said Hospital and to provide funding for additional items of equipment or luxury that would not be provided by the local NHS trust.
