**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE LONDON BOROUGH OF NEWHAM (HEREIN AFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITH PARTICULAR,BUT NOT EXCLUSIVE,REFERENCE TO THE YOUNG AFRICAN CARIBBEAN COMMUNITY BY THE ORGANISATIONS AND THE INHABITANTS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS IN PARTICULAR YOUNG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WHO ARE IN NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.

**Activities:** Provision of quality training and childcare with a view to enhance further education and employment opportunities for people with mulpiple disadvantage such as ethnic minorities, refugees and women returnees in the local area
