play was in May the second in October
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
The Society also provides the theatre for use by other local amateur
dramatic groups who between them put on two plays, a musical and a
pantomime. The small income from these productions help to keep the
Society and theatre running.
This made good use of the theatre.

Section E
Financial review
Cash in hand and the bank at 3111212023 was £ 6,525.86 in unrestricted
funds. This was down on the previous year due to the reserves being
used to fund the roof rePla￿rnent. The main financial risks to the Society
is the rising cost of energy and cancelation of shows. The trustees are
aware of this and are looking to build up reserqes once again so that the
Society has at least 1 years running costs in hand.
