**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN BELOW COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE (BY ENCOURAGING PARENTS TO UNDERSTAND AND PROVIDE FOR THE NEEDS OF THEIR CHILDREN) IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SAFE AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY IN WHICH PARENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART AND BY ENCOURAGING THE STUDY OF THE NEEDS OF SUCH CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND BY PROMOTING PUBLIC INTEREST AND RECOGNITION OF SUCH NEEDS IN THE CITY OF BATH AND AS A RESULT OF THE PROVISION OF SUCH FACILITIES TO RELIEVE CASES OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.

**Activities:** First Steps (Bath) is a Registered Charity and an accredited Social Enterprise. Our aim is to improve outcomes for young children in areas of need by working alongside their families and other professionals, through our Early Childhood Community Centres  at Woodhouse Road, Twerton and at Moorfields Road and our Specialist Early Years Centre, Bath Opportunity Pre School, (BOP), Frome Road, Bath.
