CONSTITUTION Lloyd's Choir is a Charity under English Law and is registered with the Charity Commission- Charity number l 012519. The governance of the Trust is laid out in the Society's constitution. The constitution was adoptcd at the Committee meeting held on the 26Ui July 2024. ORIECTIVES Th¢ Objectives of the Society shall be to promote, improve, develop and maintain publi¢ edu¢alion in and appreciation of the art and s¢i¢n¢¢ of miisic in all ils aspects by the preseiitation of public concerts and recital and by stsch other ways as the Choir through its Cointnittee shall deternjine from time to time. ACHtEVEMENTS The choir perfornied its usual programme of Autumn. Christmas, Spring and Summer concerts, together with various stnall group events. These were all well attend¢d in t¢m)s of audienc¢, and gave our members the opportunity to sing a wide range of music. RESERVES Th¢ reserves are maintained in order for ihe objeclives of the Choir to be achieved in future y¢ars. FINAP4CIAL INFORMATION The Choir's income for thc year was £39,140 (2024.. £31,920) The total expenses for the year w¢re £29,790 (2024.. £29,169) ACKNOWLEDGEMEf4T The Choir gratefully acknowledges the significant contribution of all thos¢ involv¢d who hav¢ given both time and money in support of th¢ Choir's activitics. You consider that an audit 15 not required for this year under section 144121 of the Act and that an independent exarnination is needed. I report in respect of my examination of the Choirfs accounts carried out under section 145 of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 14515llbl of the Act. Independent examiner's statement I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material re5pect- accounting records were not kept in respect of the Choir as required by section 130 of the Act,. or the accounts do not accord with those records.
