registered Youth Educational Charity providing outdoor and environmental education for the whole community
but with priority gsven to young people and those who are disadvantaged or disabled. Outdoor education
includes 8 wide range of water and activities. Included are sailing, canoeill& windsurfin& raftillB, dk7gon
Ix)8tiDg, Ixll boatin& rowin& team building and lead¢rship challenw, archery, cavin& ¢limbin& high and low
The site is currently closed due to HS2 rnilway adivities and wc presently awaiting relocation. We have
however been able to carry out some limited activities off site.

RYA Discover Sailing Grant
The specifi¢ purposes for which the funds are to be applied are as follow5:
RYA Disco￿r Sailing Grant- This is restricted for disabled sailin& when HOAC shut RYA said they could
keep the money for when they teopeD. This funds Continue to be held.
Qu¢¢Th8mead Sailing clu￿ Donation of cash and a&%ets were received in the yvdr on the winding down of the
club. The club have restricted the use of th¢ n￿neY for the u8¢ of maitsiDing the fleet of boats and any firture
income from hiring the boats will also be restricted for this purpose.
