Achievements and Performance of the Charity

We have worked through the year to maintain the centre and ensure that it is as accessible as possible to all of the local community at an affordable cost. This has proved to be achieved yet again with a diverse range of users and activities available to the community.

We have ensured that utilities are delivered year-round with heating yearly service and fire protection inspections and have paid gas, electricity, council and water bills. Also, we have made certain that the fabric and structure of the building and its content are maintained and that cleanliness is kept at the highest possible level.

We have provided a safe space for all centre users and helped facilitate safe centre use. In addition, ensure regular communication with all service users, staff and resources to ensure their needs are met and accounted for. Also, we have worked to ensure that we develop a good cohort of regular users and that we attract bookings from ad-hoc users throughout the year

Financial review

We hold cash at bank of £27,222 all of which is unrestricted funds. These funds are held in order to meet any unforeseen expenditure that may occur.
