Achlevements and performance

very well this year. Income from rts key anr*Jal fund tai5ing event5 has suffered signifi(zntty in the year as atl

Another opportunity vrds ewored in the year and that was via a do￿.￿ a￿lcA110n to The Julia and Hans

whilst the Board submthed a solid applieation to r@￿1v@ fvnding. WÈ wÈrÈ r￿t SUC￿$$fUl in our bid. As
mentioned above. the day to day activities of the charity are covered many times by OUT reserve levels, but in
failing to acquire this addtlional funding on offer did mean we needed to trim back the level of'bids and grant
giving, were accustomed to. to preserve the ftrture reserves ol the charity as we entered in to 2021.
Operatin9 a very successfvl tharity shop during the pandemic has seen the Board lake advantage of the
many support paGkage5 offered by the govemmenl and this saving is ￿fleCted in our redu(Ed overheads this
year. Another fantastic inrtiatsve in the was the 'on4ine chan.ty shop, where the donated goods were
