Objects: To Promote The Development Appreciation And Improvement Of The Arts In Society For The General Benefit Of The Public Principally By Means The Organisation Establishment And Promotion Of A Festival Of The Arts To Be Held In The United Kingdom To Celeberate The United Kingdom's Presidency Of The European Community To Be Known As The "European Arts Festival". The Festival Referred To In (A) Shall Include But Shall Not Be Limited To The Participation In That Festival Both As Performers And Audience Of Children, Teenagers And Young Adults.
