C) IN PROMOTING IN SUCH WAYS AS THE MANAGING TRUSTEES THINK FIT THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE SAID PARISH.
