**Objects:** THE ASSOCIATION IS ESTABLISHED: A)TO RELIEVE INDIVIDUALS WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME WHO HAVE AN ASSOCIATED HEART CONDITION AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF COUNSELLING,INFORMATION AND GENERAL NON-MEDICAL ADVICE;AND B)PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO THE SPECIFIC PROBLEMS OF HEART CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME AND TO PUBLISH AND DISSEMINATE THE USEFULL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT

**Activities:** PROVIDES SUPPORT AND INFORMATION RELATING TO HEART CONDITIONS ASSOCIATED WITH DOWN'S SYNDROME.  ENCOURAGES RESEARCH INTO THESE PROBLEMS.  REPRESENTS NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN APPROPRIATE FORUMS SUCH AS NHS.
