Objects: A Recreation Ground For All The Residents In The Area Now Served By The Institution Known As The Martlesham Parish Institute And Club Whether Such Residents Be Members Of The Said Club Or Not And (Subject To The Sanction Of The Committee) As The Playing Ground Or Practice Ground For Any Club Established In The Village Of Martlesham For Outdoor Games And For Fetes School Treats Shows Or Other Functions Organised By Any Religious Educational Horticultural Or Social Institution In The Said Village Or By The Parish Council But So That The Same Shall Not Be Used For Meetings Or Functions Organised By Any Political Party Or Trade Organisation.
