**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE SUPPORT AND RELIEF OF DISABLED PERSONS OF ALL AGES BY ANY CHARITABLE MEANS, IN PARTICULAR BY:- PROVIDING EDUCATION, ADVICE AND INFORMATION SERVICES AND PRACTICAL ASSISTANCE TO FACILITATE CHOICE AND INDEPENDENCE IN DAILY LIVING ACTIVITIES AND FULL PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** Disability Solutions is a voluntary organisation, a registered charity controlled and run by local disabled people with services available across England and Wales. The majority of our volunteers and paid staff are disabled people, committed to empowering disabled people to make the choices that will enable them to maintain and improve their quality of life.
