**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF STITHIANS IN THE COUNTY OF CORNWALL WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** To provide, maintain and develop the facilities of a village hall and community centre for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Stithians in the County of Cornwall for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the local community.  Fundraising in support of these aims.
