Trustees annual re °Friends of Pershore Care Centre. was set up as an informal support group in 1987 to help provide equipment for the new care ntre in Pershore. This arrangement was later fonnalised and set up as a charity arml ryth the aid of a local solicitor, was registered with the Charty Commission. sin then. the 'Friends' have provided over £150.000 in physio equipmenc wheelchair transport. garden and environmentsl resources. We have worked *ith the local charities to fund our activities. The Trustees arKI committee must agree all sperKling and fund- raising activities and Ihis they do diligently. Accounts The accounts are printed and distributed to every member eath quarter so that everyone is up to date wtth activities and can comment on any proposal. Trustees are closely involved with all spending decisions arml no wage bs paid lo any Trustee or committee member. Expenses are refunded for outlay on stationery and postage Our accounts are straight forward and verified by a person who is independent from our organisation.
