Aims and Objectives Our primary aim is to rnise funds to supy)rt and enhance the educational experience of all chilthen aged 4- I l at Over Hall Community School. We are committed to improving outcomes for every pupil, increasing engagemenL and contributing to the overall development of the school community. A key focus is also on rdising the school's profile in the wider community to h¢lp increase pupil numbers. Summary ofActivities Over the past year, w¢ have work¢d hard to deliver a range of inclusive and engaging events for childret families. and the local community. These have included: Two school discos. which provided safe. enjoyable social opportunities for pupils. A Christmas Fair and Grotto, helping to create a magical seasonal experience while raising funds. A Summer Fair and Famity Fun Day. encournging community participation and celebration. A Sponsored Run, promoting physical activity and a sense of achievement for pupils. FOUp shops. including tuek shops and coffee mornings, which served as infornial spaces to build stronger relationships between sch(K)I staff. families. and children. These events have not only helped us raise essential funds but also fostered a more connected and supportive school community. We have seen growing participation in our activities reflecting improved engagement and strengthened relationships with families. Use of Funds Thanks to the success of our fundraising activities we have been able to invest directly in improving the school environment. Notsbly, a portion of the funds raised this year h&8 been used to enhance the sebool playground, creating a more engaging. inclusive. and safe space for our pupils to enjoy during breaks and outdoor learning sessions. We are committed to continuing this work and will be allocating further funds in the coming year to develop and expand playground facilities, ensuring all children benefit from improved opportunities for physical activity, play, and social interaction.

Looking Ahead Our focus for the coming year will be to continue building on Ihis momentum. We aim to: Increase the frequency and vartety of fundrnising events. Explore new ways to involve families and local partners. Continue supporting school initiatives that directly impact pupil development and wellbeing. Contribute to increasing the school's visibility and appeal to prospective families, supporting efforts to grow pupil numbers.
