Activities

Maintain a register of current and former members of Airborne Royal Engineers and encourage those members to remain in close contact. The Association also assists other veterans organisations in both physical and financial terms as and when requests are received, and agreed by the National Council, especially HM Forces registered charities.

Objects: (1)to Promote The Efficiency Of The Royal Engineers By- (a)maintaining Contact Between Past And Present Members Of Airborne Engineer Units, Fostering Mutual Friendship Between Them, And Providing Social Gathering For Them; And (b)fostering Esprit De Corps, Comradeship And The Welfare Of The Airborne Engineers And Preserving Its Traditions. (c)to Relieve Either Generally Or Individually, Members Of The Association Or Past And Present Members Of The Airborne Engineers, And Their Dependents, Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardshi[p Or Distress.
