## **REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES AND ACCOUNTS** 

## **FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31[ST] AUGUST 2022** 

The trustees of this charity are comprised of the two most senior members of school staff. The activities and objectives of the organisation are to provide a rounded education for the pupils of the school. 

Following on from the COVID recovery period, the school has continued to perform well during the year ending 31[st] August 2022, retaining its Ofsted ‘Good’ rating. The pupils’ academic results continue to be good. Special events and extra-curricular activities are very well attended and the school has an active Parent Teacher and Friends Association. 

The school private fund accounts for the relevant period have been duly audited and no irregularities found. These accounts are available to be viewed on the school’s website. All money raised has been used to the benefit of the pupils of Duffield Meadows Primary School.
