## **REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES AND ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31[ST] AUGUST 2021** 

The trustees of this charity are comprised of the two most senior members of school staff. The activities and objectives of the organisation are to provide a rounded education for the pupils of the school. 

Despite the pandemic, the school has continued to perform well during another challenging year ending 31[st] August 2021, retaining its Ofsted ‘Good’ rating. The pupils’ academic results continue to be good. Special events and extra-curricular activities (including virtual events) are very well attended and the school has an active Parent Teacher and Friends Association. 

The school private fund accounts for the relevant period have been duly audited and no irregularities found. These accounts are available to be viewed on the school’s website. All money raised has been used to the benefit of the pupils of Duffield Meadows Primary School.

accordance wtth the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Acri.
I report in respect of my examination of the Trusvs accounts carried out under section 145 of the
2011 Act and in carrylng out my examination I have followed the applicable Dlrections given by the
Charity Commission under section 14515)Ibl of the Act.
I have completed my examination and confirm that no material matters have come to my attention
in connection with the examination which give me cause to believe that, in any materlal respect:
accounting records were not kept in accordan￿ with section 130 of the Act or
the accounts do ￿t accord wlth the accounting retords.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connectlon with the examination to
