**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS, AND TO PRESERVE HEALTH AMONG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF EXETER,DEVON,AND ITS ENVIRONS.

**Activities:** Provide transport to & from health centre/hospital/dentist for referred patients. Collect & deliver prescriptions for housebound patients. Visit lonely or isolated patients. Prepare details for CRB. Sitting with someone to give carer a break. Monthly meeting for carers plus day to day support and three outings plus 1 dinner per annum. Raising funds to provide extra facilities at centre to benefit
