## **Achievements and Performance**

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20|We started the year with a cautious return to<br>school, and we were keen to create events to<br>bring the school community together, after the<br>Covid pandemic disruption to schooling life.<br>Our first event saw a great response from the<br>school community and we can put this down to<br>renewed interest in PTA activities and more<br>parents working from home.<br>The PTA achieved another successful year by the<br>many hours put in by the committee members<br>and wider parents.  We raised money for<br>Macmillan Cancer at a coffee morning and held<br>11 events this year, and 2 raffles – including,<br>Krispy Kreme sales, Easter Tombola, Pizza kit<br>sales, Ice Cream Friday, Summer Fair, Mufti<br>days, Fireworks, Disco’s and Christmas cards.<br>With the funds, we were able to make a<br>significant pledge to upgrade the Year 1<br>playground costing £15,000.  We also supported<br>dance workshops for Jubilee Day, bought<br>playground equipment for Reception, Year 6<br>yearbooks and class Christmas presents for wet<br>play.|
