The Deepway Centre is used daily by the
Exminster preschool (Mon - Fri)., several
times each week by guides, brownies &
rainbow groups, scouts, cub scouts &
beaver scouts. It hosts the Exeter
woodcarvers group and provides a venue
for children's birthday parties, other private
bookings and community events.

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of the Deepway Centre Trust
I report to the Trustees on my cxamination of the accounts of The Deepway Centre Trust (the Charity)
for the year ended 31 January 2024 which comprise the sumrnary r¢¢cipts and payments account and
slatement of assets and liabilities.
I'his report is made solely to the Charity's trustccs. as a body, in accordance with section 145 of thc
Charities Act 2011. My work has been undertakcn so that l rnight state to the charity's trustecs those
matters l am required to state to them in this report and for no other purpose. To thc fullest extent
pern]itled by law, I do nol accept or assume responsibility to anyon¢ othcr than the charity and ihe
charity's trustees as a body for my work, for this report or for the opinions I have formed.
Responsibilities and basi5 of report
As the trustees of the Charity you arc responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance
wilh the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act).
I report in respcct of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of the
201 l Act and in carrying out Iny cxamination I have followed all the applicable Directions given by
the Charity Commission under section 145(5) (b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have complctcd my examination. I confirm th(it no material matters have come to my attention in
connection with the examinalion giving me cause to belicvc that in any material rcspcct:
accounting records were not kept in respcct of the Chartty as rcquircd by section 130 of the
the accounts do not i￿cord with those rccords.
I have no conccrns and have come across no other malters in connection with the examination to
which attenlion should b¢ drawn in this report to enable a proper understanding of thc account to be
reached.
