## INCOME
Given consumer cost of living difficulties, we expected and experienced a reduction in bookings with the subsequent reduction in income. However, sufficient fiscal reserves held meant we had no concerns beyond normal prudent management of our assets. Year 2023/24 bookings are very positive.
## EXPENSES
As expected and commensurate with the reduction in income, expenses declined accordingly.

## The Hall is managed positively and fulfilling it’s raison d’etre.

charity (llh8 Trust") for the year end8d 31 March 2023.
Responslbilities and As the charity tmstees of the Trust, you are respt)nsible for the preparation
basls of reporl of the accounts in accordance with th8 requirements of the Charities Act
2011 ("th8 Act.).
I report in respect of my examlnation of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 ofthe 2011 Act and in carying out my examination. I
have followed the applicable Diredions given by the Charity Commlsslon
under sedion 145(5)(b) of the Act.
I have completed my examination. I confimi that no material matters have
come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me
cause to believe that in. any matetial respect,.
